I'm friends with a few of the admins, but it seems whenever one's needed, they're either busy, on snooze, or doing something else. My idea is that we have something called !help or something like it and it brings up a tab where it shows a list of available staff ready to respond. Or maybe on the website here there's a section that has the same thing where you can tell staff what's going on and one can come on immediately.

with this you would have to message a staff member. Alot of the staff are working through the day which kind of makes it hard for us to be able to get on. some are not working. I would say the best way is to send a message to the staff that you know and if they can not get on then have the ask the other staff members. If need be I will be able to get on and help if need be.
