The new server content I coded has been installed and seems to be working as intended. Among the new additions are:

Announcements for events
Pop-up graphics for events
Advanced points-per-kill system

What's next? Probably PointShop items as "upgrades" of sorts for the different groups. Likely No Fall Damage, Spawn with Extra SMG1 Grenade, 5-Second Hunter Invincibility, etc.

Here's the full changelog:
- Last Prop Standing metagame (last Prop alive can shoot Hunters) added
- Last T-Pose Standing metagame only activates during final 2 minutes of round, but players can still win points if the round ends earlier than that
- Props can now shoot Hunters in one hit when only one Prop is alive, and can hide the gun at any time
- Props do not rotate when gun is active, but are able to as soon as the gun is hidden
- Props are killed in one hit during Last Prop Standing
- Hunters have binocular overlay during Last Prop Standing
- Hunter grenades are taken away during the Last Prop Standing metagame, and given back when it is no longer engaged
- Halos around teammates and nametags when spectating, can be hidden by toggling HUD off
- Announcer sounds for game events: Victory, loss, total victory, total loss, stalemate, Hunter countdown, last Hunter alive, first kill during initial 30 seconds of round, final round
- Notices of double and triple kills
- Popup graphics/sound for Last Prop Standing, Last T-Pose Standing, Double-Kill, Triple-Kill, Final Round
- Only staff can switch to Spectator, players must be added to it by Staff
- One team switch per map enforced
- Cannot switch teams at all during final 2 rounds or final 10 minutes of gameplay
- Points awarded at end of game to winning team
- End-of-game points are not awarded to players who disconnect and rejoin during final rounds, or join late
- Points-per-kill (PPK) for both teams, increased during Last Prop Standing and for each double/triple kill
- Props get PPK points for surviving a round even if not a T-pose
- HUD has been re-coded to reduce FPS lag
- Name tags above players now reflect staff ranks/colours
- Scrolling announcement during Hunter countdown
- ALL event-based point systems give multiplied points to Donators
- Metagames do not engage unless 4 or more players are on the server, and 2 or more players are on the Props team
- Game event-based chat text is now in colour
- Server will revert to default map and hibernate on it when zero players are on
